Pizzeria Da Michelle in Naples, Italy

Our trip to Naples, Italy was not complete without a stop at Pizzeria Da Michelle. A very unassuming pizza joint, Michelle's was featured in the movie Eat, Pray, Love starring Julia Roberts.

The place is always packed and it is very hard to find a table so they just seat you at a table with other people. The menu choices were few and we only wanted a sample so we could return to Florida with bragging rights about eating at the most famous pizza joint in the world.

We chose a pizza margherita. I think it is the house favorite. Thin pizza dough with some watery sauce and a few slices of fresh mozzarella cheese. Add a sprig or two of basil and it's ready. But it must be cooked in the "wood" oven.

I enjoyed it thoroughly. And it was only Four Euros! Michelle was quite disappointed. I wish I could have eaten more/ When you make to to Napoli be sure to check them out!
